Specialized Attorney for Intellectual Property Law
Dr. Jürgen Kroher has long term experience in counselling and litigating Industrial and Intellectual Property Law issues from his past responsibilities in science, industry and in the legal profession.
He has published extensively on German, European and International Patent, Trademark, Design, Copyright, and Unfair Competition Law, and has given lectures in this field upon invitation of the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC), CEIPI in Strasbourg, the M.B.L. Program of St. Gallen University, WIPO and other institutions. He is chair of the Bavarian Section of the German Association for Intellectual Property (GRUR).
As an attorney at law, he is admitted to practice before all courts of first and second instance throughout Germany as well as before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the German Patent Court, the European Patent Office (EPO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), the European Court of First Instance (CFI) and the European Court of Justice (ECJ).
