European Patent, Trademark and Design Attorney
Wolfgang Strobel is an expert in all fields of mechanical engineering including automatic control engineering, thermodynamics and manufacture processing. He has extensive experience in patent matters, in particular in all fields of mechanics including litigation.
As a patent attorney he has acquired special knowledge in the fields of automotive engineering, machine tools, textile machines, EMI/RFI shielding, construction equipment, cooking equipment and laser technology and applications. Furthermore, he has also very wide experience in trademark and design matters and works in the fields of employees' inventions, contracts and license agreements.
Wolfgang Strobel is admitted to practice before the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the German Patent Court, the European Patent Office (EPO), the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and – in patent nullity cases – before the German Supreme Court.
